Salhouse Broad Car Park: Lower Street, Salhouse, NR13 6RX
Directions - From Salhouse, follow Lower Street eastwards through the village. Salhouse Broad car park is on the left as you come to the end of the village. The car park gets very busy, especially on sunny days and weekends. If the car park is full. DO NOT park on the verge outside, farm vehicles regularly use this road and cannot get through with cars parked there.
Please note, the car park is by the side of the road and is not on a private drive. Please note the car park is pay and display at £1.50 per hour and £4.00 all day. An annual parking permit can be purchased for £30, this is car specific and DOES NOT guarantee a parking space. Payment to park can be made via the contactless car parking meter in the car park or via the POPPAY app.
By Bus - Salhouse is served by Konectbus service 5B from Wroxham or Norwich. Thieves Lane is the closest stop to Salhouse Broad
By Train - The Bittern line stops every two hours at Salhouse Station from Norwich or Cromer. Please note, Salhouse Station is a fair walk from the Broad (approx 45 mins).
Salhouse Broad Car Park is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Broad and the camping ground.
Please note car parking can be limited on busy days. Try and use public transport (and get 10% off our services!) or car-share and park considerately.
