OUTDOOR SOUND BATH
Come and join us on at Salhouse Broad for our outdoor relaxing sound bath session surrounded by nature. This experience simply involves lying down on a mat, getting cosy and comfortable and then closing your eyes to focus on the the sounds of nature combined with the sound and vibrations of our deeply calming gongs and singing bowl and other soothing sounds. Starts at 18.30pm, but please arrive by 18:15 to allow yourself time to get settled We will be holding this session at the top of the camping field and will be signposted. ✨ All you need to bring is a blanket and a pillow.
